The database templates you find on dbbubble.com have been created by myself and are in no way endorsed by Microsoft.  The Microsoft Access App itself has a completely separate licence agreement/Terms and Conditions to these you find on this website. The templates on this site are intended for use on Windows based computers and they are created in the Microsoft access App and so you will need Access to open them.

You agree to use this website and any database templates in a fair way. In no way do I assure or guarantee how long this website will remain online. The website may come offline at any time so please use the service being aware of this.

The basic versions and demo versions of any templates that you can download directly off this site are provided free of charge and come packaged as downloadable ZIP folders. The database files are contained within the ZIP folders. I, the creator and provider of this service (and of the templates within) do not do any of the following: imply, give or offer any warranty or guarantee whatsoever. As I am providing no warranty or guarantee whatsoever, you agree not to hold or try to hold me liable for any loss, be it financial; corruption to data; consequential loss; subsequent loss, or any other type of loss under any circumstances. This applies to the free and purchased versions of the templates. Please do not download or use any templates from this site if you are not in agreement.

* DEMO versions of database templates will be limited to the number of records you can enter and possibly have restricted features. These demos are intended for trial and testing purposes only and only dummy data should therefore be input into these. You agree not to add more records than the specific demo you are using is limited to otherwise the demo may stop working.

You agree that it is your responsibility to maintain secure backups of your database/data as a safety measure so that in the event that any loss of or corruption to data occurs, you will have a mechanism in place to restore as much of your data as possible.

Due to the nature of the data the databases are designed to store, you agree to secure your chosen database template(s) from unsolicited access. Security of the data you store is your responsibility and not my responsibility. It is additionally your responsibility to use the database in a legal manner and in accordance with any data protection laws in your jurisdiction and, as such, to have an adequate privacy policy where required that at least meets with any  minimum statutory requirements.

Although I scan my templates for viruses prior to uploading them you understand that no guarantees are made or implied in anyway that it is virus free and you use any database entirely at your own risk. In line with good computer practice please scan any downloads you do before using them.

You agree that, in addition to any other responsibilities; you are also responsible for a) checking the accuracy of the data that is being entered and stored in any database you use,
and b) the accuracy of any data output from the database.

You agree not to resell or even distribute any of my templates yourself. You may however refer other people to this website – https://dbbubble.com. This applies even if you have customised a template. Where you unlock a template, you have not purchased the intellectual property rights, just the right to use the product.

Some of the templates (but not all) require an unlocking key to upgrade to the full version. Please only purchase an unlocking key or a full version database knowing that I do not offer refunds. However, you agree that if a refund is ever mutually agreed upon, this refund will be at maximum, the original amount you paid for any unlocking of a template or purchase you made via this website (and only where proof of payment is available).

You understand that software products may contain bugs and although I have gone through every effort to test the database templates, there may be bugs within it. You will not hold me liable or accountable for any such bugs. If you experience any major loss of functionality to a database due to any such bugs and you notify me, I will do my best to rectify the problem however no guarantees are made or implied whatsoever. The primary purpose of these database templates is to store data. It is your (the users) responsibility to abide by all statutory laws, procedures, rules etc in your jurisdiction at all times. In no way is any database template I provide intended to replace or substitute any mandatory statutory procedures. It is the users responsibility to ensure that use of any template or any documents they produce through a template meet with statutory requirements. Please only use a database where it meets with legal and statutory requirements in your jurisdiction and for your business.

The database products listed here are not intended for large businesses to use. They are only intended for small business/home use where there are fairly small record volumes. In addition to this, no database template here should be solely relied upon as they are only meant to be a tool to assist you and not to fulfill every requirement or need.

You agree to use the database in a responsible and safe manner. You also agree not to use any of these database templates in a hazardous environment whereby failure would result in a critical, hazardous or dangerous situation.

Some jurisdictions may prohibit the use of a particular database. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of the database is in accordance with the law in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for adhering to and obeying all legal statutory requirements.

Links to external 3rd party sites
There may be links to some external 3rd party sites placed on dbbubble.com. I obviously do not control these external sites or what happens on them and these sites will have their own Ts & Cs of use as well as their own privacy policy which applies to them.

You agree not to download or install or use any database template on dbbubble.com if you do not accept any, or any part of, these terms and conditions. Use of any database here implies that you agree with all these terms and conditions.

Should any part of this agreement be found invalid, the remaining parts of the agreement will remain binding.

I reserve the right to review and modify these Ts&Cs and Privacy Statement from time to time without giving prior notice.

Privacy Statement. I will never sell your data to any other party nor will I share your data unless required to do so by law. I use Stripe and in some cases PayPal (in some cases via PayLoadz) to process payments securely. Where you have provided me your email address you consent to me using this to contact you for valid reasons (such a reason for example might be (but not limited to)  to email a link to you to download the database files –  which is usually done automatically) or to reply to any of your inquiries.

This website does use cookies including some 3rd part cookies.
