How do I unlock a database template?

On each template you can find an Unlock button. This is mostly found on the Setup screen but may vary depending on the template. On the unlock screen you will find a key and instructions on what to do. You will need to email me at grant@dbbubble.com with the key and payment reference.

I emailed my Key and payment reference and am waiting for a reply?

Normally I should reply within 48 hours unless I am temporarily unavailable. Please make sure you check your junk/spam folder for replies as replies may end up there. Please also check Messages/Blog on dbbubble.com to see if I am temporarily unavailable. If all seems well, please email me a gentle reminder at grant@dbbubble.com

The database template download file has been blocked by Windows?

The latest versions of Windows may block downloaded files for security purposes. If you find this has happened you will need to unblock the file. This can usually be done by right clicking on the database file and then on the shortcut menu, locate and select Properties. On the Properties General tab, check the Unblock checkbox and click Apply.
