This basic Microsoft Access rent payment ledger / tracker database template (for Access 2010 or later) is for landlords / property letters to help you keep track of your rents received (intended for personal / small business use). Please see the screenshots to see what fields the database form has. This database can handle multiple properties and the months going down the sheet (Jan – Dec) are auto-generated for your convenience. Please be sure you either have MS-Access or the free MS-Access runtime to open this rent ledger.
