Brief description…Designed in Microsoft Access, this property real estate management / letting database template is built by myself to help you with managing property lets and tracking rents (for landlords and perhaps small letting agents). Suitable for single computer use, this database is created in Access by myself and so you need to have either MS-Access or the free MS-Access runtime to open the database.
Main Features:
√ Simple to add your property details and to link landlord and tenant records to a property;
√ Create a rent schedule for each property and record payments received against what is due to get a balance;
√ Record basic lease information;
√ Keep a record of Gas and Electrical test dates;
√ Enter basic inspection and maintenance records;
√ You can attach relevant documents to each property record;
√ Create Invoices for maintenance work done;
√ Advanced property search of your entries;
√ You can also add an inventory of furniture and furnishings and display photos of your property if you want to;
√ Get reports out, export reports, customize reports.
Note: Some features may not work if using Access runtime.
