Designed in Microsoft Access, the HR Employee Training Manager database template is to help you organize and keep track of your employee training records. This template is intended for home/small business use.

Main features include (*note not all features will be accessible on the demo version):

✓ Setup training course titles and assign these to your staff list;
✓ Record as courses are completed and see these in the training history per course;
✓ You can also print out a basic (plain) certificate of completion or attach a link to external certificate document files;
