HR Recruitment / Job Applicant Organizer database template

Brief description…Please read all the specs. I have tried to build this HR job applicant database template to be a basic and simple to use HR tool. It may not have all the bells and whistles but still has quite a few features to help you organize and track your applicants. As this template has been designed in Microsoft Access (for Windows based computers) you will need MS Access 2010 (or later) or the free MS Access runtime to use it.  Note: It is intended for home or small business use. I have split the database into 2 files – a frontend and backend and both files should be kept in the same folder.

√ Easy to use with basic forms to keep it simple to add applicant records;
√ Enter skills keywords;
√ Record various stages such as advert; application sent and received date; interview date; start date;
√ You can create links to important documents for an applicant for example you can link a CV to their record;
√ Log any communication you make with an applicant;
√ Print or export reports;
√ Free email support provided where possible (within 21 days of purchase) and I can usually do further customization for a reasonable fee.
 
Note: Some features may not work if using Access runtime.
