This basic vehicle fleet management automotive database template, designed in Microsoft Access and intended for home / small business (in-house) use, has several features. Please note this is not a vehicle satellite tracking system but rather a database template (requiring MS Access 2010 or later) in which you can store your vehicle or trailer details along with other data. The purpose of this database template is to help you keep track of your vehicle data with functions such as the ability to log daily trips and ODO readings; CAM reminder dates and basic expense details as well as storing general vehicle information. You can also view the approximate costs per mile of what vehicles are costing you. The main features are:

✓ Simple form to easily add your vehicle details as well as display a photo of each vehicle;
✓ Log various information per vehicle such as service details, daily trips and ODO meter readings, CAM reminder date, drivers of the vehicle, basic expenses etc;
✓ Now you can also view the average cost per mile/km of a vehicle;
✓ Link any relevant documents to a vehicle record;
✓ Get simple reminder alerts;
✓ Record if a vehicle has been sold and the sale price;
✓ Get various reports out with the ability to export reports as well;
✓ If required we can usually do further customization for a reasonable fee.
