Designed in Microsoft Access, the basic club membership management database software template helps you to organize your club member records. This template is intended for home/small club business use. There are currently 2 versions of this template so you can choose the one you prefer.

√ Easily enter your member details and filter on-screen or search your members;
√ You can now print out address labels and also add any identified interests;
√ Attach documents to a member’s record and add notes to their record;
√ Add and view action reminders;
√ See payments overdue on screen;
√ Other functions include:- you can type and print letters from the system;  record basic sale details;
√ Get reports out;
√ In version 2 of the template, you can now change many of the label captions to suit your needs;
