I have tried to build this MS Access database to be a simple to use incident and accident management system. It may not have all the bells and whistles but has quite a few features to help you organize and track any incidents. I designed this in Microsoft Access (for Windows based computers) please note you will either need Microsoft Access or the free Access runtime on your computer to use the database. Also note: the database is split into 2 files – frontend and backend and both files should be kept in the same folder.
